Dr. Grace LeMasters, a highly accomplished individual with a PhD and an MSN degree, currently holds the position of Professor at the College of Medicine and the Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center. In addition to her academic role, she serves as the Chief Scientific Officer at Enmont, LLC, showcasing her expertise in occupational and environmental epidemiology. Dr. LeMasters' vast experience is evident through her involvement in prestigious national committees such as the NIH Council of Council, NIEHS National Advisory Environmental Health Science Council, and the EPA National Toxicology Committee, among others. Her accolades include the Secretary of Defense Silver Medal for Outstanding Public Health Service, recognition from the National Lymphoma Association for Research on Cancer, and various other awards honoring her contributions to the field. With a publication record exceeding 200 scientific journal articles, her research focuses on a wide range of environmental exposures including fine particles, air pollutants, solvents, and noise, and their impact on human health, especially in areas such as asthma, allergies, reproductive disorders, and overall well-being for both adults and children. Currently, Dr. LeMasters is particularly interested in studying the health effects of cumulative and short-term peak exposures to ultrafine particles on children's health, a passion that led her to co-found Enmont, LLC, a company specializing in personal ultrafine particle sensors. Her dedication to this field is evident through her US Patent #8,449,64.
