Grace Nolan

History and TOK teacher, Debate Coach at Branskome Hall

Grace Ventura Nolan is an experienced educator with a diverse background in teaching Individuals and Societies, TOK, DP History, Spanish at various levels. She has served as a department chair for Humanities and Modern Languages, where she led curriculum development and administrative tasks. Currently, Grace is a DP History, Theory of Knowledge, and Head Debate Coach at Branksome Hall, Toronto.

Apart from her teaching roles, Grace has actively volunteered with the International Baccalaureate Programme, conducting teacher training workshops and working as an examiner for Spanish B HL Paper 2. She also has a strong passion for debate and public speaking, having trained students for regional, national, and international tournaments. Grace holds a Master's in Education specializing in the History of Education and carries multiple teaching qualifications.

Grace's specialties include education, curriculum development, IB curriculum, public speaking, and debate skills. She has a rich educational background, including a Master's in Education from the University of Toronto and a BEd in Secondary Education. Grace's involvement in various organizations like Branksome Hall, Fulford Debate League, and the Ontario Student Debating Union highlights her commitment to education and student development.
