Graciela Mochkofsky is a highly accomplished individual in the field of journalism and academia. She currently serves as the Dean of The Craig Newmark Graduate School of Journalism at CUNY and is a contributing writer for The New Yorker. Graciela is also an author, known for her work 'The Prophet of the Andes: An unlikely journey to the Promised Land.' Her educational background includes a Nieman fellowship in journalism from Harvard University and a Master of Science in Journalism from Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism.

Throughout her career, Graciela Mochkofsky has been associated with prestigious organizations such as the Institute for Religion, Culture, and Public Life at Columbia University, where she served as a Visiting Research Scholar. She has also been a Prins Foundation Fellow for Writers-in-Residence at the Center for Jewish History and a Visiting Scholar at the Arthur L. Carter Journalism Institute at New York University. Additionally, Graciela has experience as a fellow at the Nieman Foundation and has served as a professor at Universidad Torcuato Di Tella.
