I've been martinating on this article - it's interesting to see a widespread downward shift in NPS across multiple industries. Do customers have higher expectations? Or, is the shift to new strategies and technologies that utilize #AI impacting the #customerexperience? #Chatbots can be amazing tools when implemented well, but sometimes they can be frustrating to customers.
In my opinion, the answer is probably somewhere in the middle. And regardless of the cause, it's an opportunity to listen deeply to customers to understand what will improve their experience. #NPS is a challenging metric...it's a trailing indicator, and survey responses can be colored based on when a user is surveyed. But, it's often the best metric we've got. I'm excited to see how brands tackle this, and what 2024 results have in store.
Exciting to see job growth coming from #cleanenergy. Lots of buzz about #skillsgaps or #laborshortages as investments in clean energy are growing. But, is it really a skills gap? This could be an opportunity to 1) look at workers with related, transferable skills, 2) help upskill workers with some qualifications, and 3) invest in higher wages to attract part-time or semi-retired workers.
