Greg Lee

Investor, founder, advisor.

Greg Lee is a seasoned professional with over twenty-five years of experience in high technology and entrepreneurship, based in Silicon Valley.

He is currently active as an early-stage angel investor and a key player in the Xoogler.co investment syndicate.

Greg was a founding partner of XG Ventures LLC, an angel fund consisting of early Google alumni.

Throughout his career, he has successfully invested in and advised over 40 start-ups, many of which have been acquired by major companies such as Disney, Facebook, Twitter, Box, Inc., and Zynga.

During his time at Google from 2002 to 2006, Greg founded and led the advertiser analytics and metrics group within the North America sales and product marketing organization.

Prior to his angel investing ventures, Greg co-founded ShoppingList.com, which was later acquired by ShopLocal and served as the VP of Marketing at ConsumerReview.com, where he was the first non-founding employee.

With a strong educational background, Greg holds an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management, an MA in Education from Stanford University, and a B.S. in Economics and Systems Science Engineering from UCLA.

Active in the entrepreneurial community, Greg is a member of the Stanford Angels and Entrepreneurs group and has provided guidance to start-ups through organizations like StartX at Stanford University.

Additionally, he contributes back to his alma mater as a UCLA Alumni Scholars advisor and actively mentors start-ups both in Silicon Valley and Asia.
