Gregory Prang is a highly experienced professional with over 20 years in managing multidisciplinary research and extension projects, excelling in delivering results within tight deadlines and constrained budgets. Gregory's career has enabled him to delve into various locales, communities, and topics, ranging from shadowing Amazonian peasant fishermen to understanding their livelihoods, to scrutinizing global consumer perceptions and behaviors. His expertise extends to assessing stakeholder needs for hunger relief organizations and spearheading large-scale ethnographic studies across multiple countries, including explorations of the emerging middle-class consumer in Latin America.

His commitment to being a consumer and client advocate is evident in his role as a strategic insights generator, merging qualitative and quantitative data to develop actionable business strategies. Gregory's passion lies in unraveling data intricacies to craft compelling narratives that drive informed decision-making.

Educationally, Gregory pursued a PhD in Sociocultural anthropology, an MA in Business and industrial anthropology from Wayne State University, and a BBA in Marketing from Western Michigan University - Haworth College of Business.

In his professional journey, Gregory has held key roles such as Principal at Prang Consulting Services, Associate Faculty at Everett Community College, Managing Partner at Culinary Culture Connections, LLC, Director of Global Insights at The Hartman Group, and Senior Research Fellow for Project Pyrá at Universidade Federal do Amazonas. He has also contributed as a Trade Analyst at Zoological Society of London (ZSL), lectured at Wayne State University, and served as a Visiting Professor at Universidade Federal do Amazonas.
