Gustavo Cruz is a passionate entrepreneur with a background in event organization and production in São Paulo, Brazil. Starting at the young age of fifteen, he focused on events for the teen demographic, which eventually led to managing events for the Offline magazine catering to university students.
During his college years, Gustavo was elected as the Cultural Director of the Academic Directory, responsible for orchestrating various events for the students. He later transitioned into a role managing the purchasing department of an auto parts distributor for five years, overseeing negotiations with both domestic and international suppliers.
Building on his strong commercial acumen, Gustavo went on to establish Livit, an app designed to connect individuals attending the same events. With successful operations in the Brazilian market and securing investment from angel investors, the venture underwent a six-month acceleration program in Melbourne, Australia.
His entrepreneurial journey with Livit brought forth an opportunity to structure and develop Screening, a product under the Open Innovation arm of Endeavor. Screening aims to facilitate business partnerships between entrepreneurs and large corporations.
Gustavo holds a degree in Digital Product Leadership from Tera and a Bachelor's degree in Law from Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado.
