She has shown remarkable dedication to empowering Black business and accounting professionals through her role as President and CEO at the National Association of Black Accountants Inc., focusing on equitable representation across different career levels.

At Year Up of the National Capital Region, Guylaine doubled student enrollment, introduced new curriculum and tracks, and achieved significant growth in revenues, showcasing her ability to drive organizational success.

Guylaine Juste is a respected figure in the industry, having received accolades such as being named a Woman Worth Watching by Profiles in Diversity Magazine, the Hispanic Heritage Foundation Corporate Citizen Award, and The President's Award from the Fairfax Bar Association.

She pursued her education by studying International Relations at George Mason University for her Bachelor of Arts and furthering her studies with a graduate degree at the University of Virginia.
