Hadley Heath Manning is the Director of Policy at the Independent Women's Forum, where she is responsible for overseeing the organization's policy positions and output. Additionally, she holds the 2017 Tony Blankley Chair for Public Policy and American Exceptionalism at the Steamboat Institute in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. With a prominent presence in radio and TV outlets nationwide, Hadley has been featured on shows like Fox Business' Stossel Show and Fox News’ Your World with Neil Cavuto. Her work is regularly published in notable publications such as the Wall Street Journal, Forbes, POLITICO, Roll Call, Real Clear Policy, National Review Online, and Huffington Post. Recognized for her contributions, Hadley was selected for Forbes' 30 Under 30 list in Law and Policy in 2016 and was honored as a Rising Star by the Republican National Committee in 2015. She has completed the National Review Institute’s Washington Fellowship. Hadley graduated with distinction from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, as a Morehead-Cain Scholar with a double major in economics and journalism. Currently residing in Denver, Colorado, she balances a thriving career with her family life alongside her husband and daughter.
