Visiting #USBank was amazing! #BRIDGEGOOD learned about #Wireframing from Alex Long, UX Design Director at US Bank, and his colleagues. We got an insight into the world of UX in the Financial Sector in particular, and how that plays a role in the design process.
When Wireframing and prototyping, it is easy to focus solely on the design of the "Ideal State" of the product. We often don't dedicate time to design the screens a user will see when the sight is in "Error State" or "Loading." This was a big takeaway I had from our site visit! Moving forward, I know I need to look at a design from all angles.
