Hallie Ross is a highly experienced professional with a diverse background spanning across political, governmental, non-profit, and technology sectors.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Art History from Barnard College, showcasing her strong educational foundation.

Currently, Hallie serves as the Senior Advisor for Strategic Initiatives at the Democratic Legislative Campaign Committee, where she leverages her expertise to drive impactful initiatives.

Her previous roles include Deputy National Political Director at the Democratic Legislative Campaign Committee, Director of US Initiatives at Women's Equality Center, and Chief of Staff at Amida Technology Solutions.

Hallie has also held prominent positions in the governmental sector, such as Deputy Director of The White House Council on Women & Girls and Associate Director of Public Engagement at The White House.

Her extensive experience includes serving as the Director of Scheduling & Operations at the U.S. Small Business Administration and as the White House Liaison and Special Assistant to the Secretary for Strategic Communications at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.

Hallie has played vital roles in various political campaigns, having served as the North Carolina General Election Director at Obama for America, Regional Field Director at Obama for America, and Campaign Manager at Iowa House Democrats.

Prior to her political engagements, she has also worked as a Field Organizer at the Democratic Party of Virginia and Democratic Party of Oregon.

In addition to her political and governmental roles, Hallie has demonstrated her commitment to community service through her participation in Americorps Vista at Columbia Pacific Food Bank.

Her career journey also includes experiences at The Conference Board as a Program Assistant and Program Associate.
