Highlights
Excellence. It's a word I use freely because it's a pursuit I'm fully engaged in. Excellence has the potential to sound too "high and mighty" but in all honesty it's a bar to push towards and exceed at times. I can do "practice". I can do the same thing over and over again until I perfect my movements but outcomes always vary. But the pursuit of excellence is the thing! When you in a career with so many variables affecting your progress - you can either make excuses or you can press ahead. My recruiting game (work) is only as good as the excellence I bring to it - meaning how much have you "practiced" because we all know excellence in found in the practice of "practice". Once you realize it's never enough - you realize you can master yourself over time. Oh the silly things we do to be better.
