Robert Hamilton Kelly is a Managing Director and Global Co-Head of the Petershill Group at Goldman Sachs Asset Management. He has been with Goldman Sachs since October 2009, focusing on private equity and alternative investments, particularly through the Petershill program, which provides capital to leading alternative asset managers via minority stake acquisitions. Under his leadership, Petershill has raised over $10 billion since 2007 and listed in London as a private equity vehicle.124

Kelly was recently named to Goldman Sachs' Partner Class of 2024, effective January 1, 2025, reflecting his significant contributions to the firm's Asset & Wealth Management division.3 He holds a Master’s degree from the University of Oxford, earned between 2003 and 2006.1
