Arts Project Manager and Producer

Hana Tran is a dedicated professional with a strong background in art history and museum education.

Hana holds a Bachelor of Arts in Art and the History of Art from Amherst College, where she also worked as a Research Assistant within the Department of Art.

She furthered her education by studying abroad at the Courtauld Institute of Art, University of London, focusing on the History of Art, and later completed her Master of Arts in the same field at the Courtauld Institute of Art.

Throughout her career, Hana has accumulated diverse experiences in various prestigious institutions, including roles as a Curatorial Intern at Hirshhorn Museum and Sculpture Garden, a Museum Education Intern at The Art Institute of Chicago, and a Curatorial Intern at the Institute of Contemporary Art Boston.

She has also held positions such as Exhibitions Manager and Producer at Artists Space, Project Manager at Jenny Holzer Studio, and Gallery Intern at Woman Made Gallery, showcasing her versatility within the art world.

Hana has a strong foundation in research and academia, having been an Andrew W. Mellon Student Research Fellow at Amherst College and a Visual Resources Library Student Assistant, further emphasizing her passion for art and education.

Her diverse skill set also extends to event coordination, as seen during her tenure as the Development and Special Events Coordinator at Amherst Leisure Services and Supplemental Education.

With a wealth of experience in art curation, museum operations, and academic research, Hana Tran is a well-rounded professional with a deep understanding of the art world.
