Hannah Bagdasar is an alumna of the Human Rights Investigations Lab at UC Berkeley. She completed her undergraduate studies at UC Berkeley, graduating with highest honors from the Legal Studies program and also pursued a minor in another field. During her time at UC Berkeley, she was involved in open source investigations, which laid the foundation for her career in this area.3

Currently, Hannah Bagdasar is a lead investigator for Bellingcat's Global Authentication Project and works within its Justice & Accountability Unit.2 Her work focuses on recognizing and investigating sexual and gender-based violence using digital open source research methods.14
