Hannah Phillips is a policy researcher and professional with expertise in gendered inequalities in public life.1 She worked as a Gender Parity Consultant for the Office of the Focal Point for Women in the UN System at UN Women.4 Her role involved supporting the implementation of the UN Secretary-General's System-wide Strategy on Gender Parity.3
