We’re looking for an Operational Producer at Momkai. In this full-time role, you’ll coordinate resources, oversee logistics, and ensure smooth execution of our international design projects for clients around Europe, the US, and Canada.
While this role is based in our Amsterdam office, you'll also collaborate with our strategy team in Berlin to help build impactful brands like The School for Moral Ambition ("Put Your Ideals To Work"), De Correspondent, Golazo, and Kom op tegen Kanker, driving initiatives that have real impact.
Fluent in both English and Dutch, you’ll thrive in fast-paced environments, solving problems with a calm, organized approach. You’ll ensure our projects get the attention they deserve and help us keep a clear overview 🚁

Exciting news! Our beautiful 414 m² office space is becoming available as we’re moving our design agency, Momkai, after 14 years to a fantastic new location in the city with The School for Moral Ambition (more on that later).
We wanted to reach out to see if anyone knows of any great entrepreneurs, teams, or organizations looking for a stunning space from around October at the historic Westerdok, on Barentszplein 7, with views of the IJ, Central Station, and Prinseneiland.
It’s the entire third floor, featuring open wooden flooring, windows all around, a modern kitchen, five meeting rooms, four parking spaces, and two restrooms. Plus, there are two elevators that take you directly to your new office space.
The space is located above De Correspondent, the journalism platform we’ve helped grow into a scale-up (which we even ran from this very floor during our crowdfunding launch days).
