Hari Osofsky serves as the Dean, Myra and James Bradwell Professor of Law, and Professor of Environmental Policy and Culture at Northwestern Pritzker School of Law.

He holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Geography from the University of Oregon, a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Yale Law School, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Philosophy & Studies in the Environment from Yale University with a GPA of 3.76.

With a rich academic background, Hari has held various prominent positions such as Dean and Distinguished Professor of Law at Penn State Law & School of International Affairs, Robins Kaplan Professor at the University of Minnesota Law School, Associate Professor at Washington and Lee University School of Law, and Assistant Professor at University of Oregon School of Law.

He has also contributed to the legal academia as a Fellow at the Carnegie Council for Ethics and International Affairs, a Visiting Scholar at Sun Yat-sen University School of Law, and a Law Clerk at the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals under Judge Dorothy W. Nelson.

Hari's expertise extends to areas like environmental law, international affairs, energy transition, urban and regional affairs, and international and comparative law.

His vast experience and involvement in various law schools and organizations highlight his commitment to education, research, and the intersection of law with different sectors.
