Haro Kraak is a well-known figure with a diverse background, currently serving as an Editor at de Volkskrant and a Fiction writer at Atlas Contact. His latest novel 'Het water bewaart ons' is set to be released in April 2022, following the success of his novel 'Lekhoofd' in 2016.

Haro has contributed his writing to various reputable publications such as de Volkskrant, De Morgen, VICE, Tijdschrift Ei, Spunk, hard//hoofd, Folia Magazine, Passionate, Carnivale, Joop.nl, Op Ruwe Planken. Haro Kraak is academically inclined, having pursued a Master's degree in Journalistiek en Media as well as a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Amsterdam.
