The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center is actively seeking a general surgeon to join the Department of Surgical Oncology at the assistant/associate professor level. The Assistant/Associate Professor will function in a clinical role in the collaborative management of patients with malignancy requiring elective general surgical consultations and vascular access procedures as well as patients with acute general surgical conditions. The position may involve a clinical research program, such as in health services/outcomes research in General, Acute and Palliative Surgical Oncology within the Department. Applicants with minimally invasive, robotic, and abdominal wall reconstruction experience are preferred.
