Harpreet Singh Grover, also known as Happy Singh, is a passionate individual with interests in parenting and entrepreneurship.

With over four years of dedicated research and writing on parenting, Harpreet delves into various intriguing aspects of child-rearing, questioning common practices and beliefs in the modern world.

Starting in mid-2022, Harpreet began sharing his findings and insights as The Curious Parent through a 5-minute Hindi Podcast with over 700,000 listens in just six months, and 1-minute English reels on Instagram under the handle harpreet_thecuriousparent.

Prior to his research endeavors, Harpreet was the Co-Founder and CEO of CoCubes, a platform that facilitated connections between colleges and companies. Over 12 years, he and his colleague Vibhore nurtured CoCubes into a successful venture, which was later acquired by Aon Hewitt in 2016.

In recognition of their entrepreneurial achievements, both Harpreet and Vibhore were honored with the IIT Bombay Young Alumni Entrepreneurship Award in 2018. Their entrepreneurial journey was chronicled in the bestseller 'Let's Build a Company' published by Penguin.

Apart from his substantial contributions to CoCubes, Harpreet has been actively involved as a coach and angel investor in numerous startups, including well-known names like Ola, Ola Electric, and Chaayos.

Harpreet's professional journey also includes roles as a Founding Member at Mycelium Ecology, Author of 'Let's Build a Company' at Penguin Publishing Group, and Founder of The Curious Parent, among other significant positions.

In his pursuit of understanding human behavior, Harpreet emphasizes the importance of childhood experiences in shaping adult personalities. He holds a belief that reconnecting with the innate curiosity and drive of a child is essential in today's fast-paced and distracted world.

A graduate of Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, Harpreet's academic background includes a Dual Degree in Civil Engineering, with earlier education at Punjabi University in Patiala and Saint Peters in Punjab.

Currently residing in Mumbai with his wife Bhakti and daughter Diya, Harpreet spends his time immersed in parenting research and engaging with children, advocating for a more mindful and attentive approach to raising the next generation.
