As I reflect on my 54 year career as a police officer and 20 of those years as a Chief of Police. I credit the professional leadership and outstanding instructors at FBI-LEEDA for the training that set the foundation for my success as a law enforcement executive.

Quality training and retraining is the key for successful leadership and mentoring of officers. I highly recommend the certified training available at FBI-LEEDA for both in-person and online training.
