I’m happy to share that I’ve obtained a new certification: Inclusive Leadership from FranklinCovey! These courses continue to reveal to me new ideas for how to be more inclusive. I grew up and continue to live in a world that often isn't inclusive of me and in my experiences, I have learned how to better treat people by watching others do the opposite. However, I still have plenty of room to grow. It's courses like these that reveal new information to me that I would have brushed off before, "I know. I do that work daily." Thank you athenahealth for offering this training. I hope it can encourage us to be more vulnerable, empathetic, and inclusive in our work culture.
I’m happy to share that I’ve obtained a new certification: Unconscious Bias from FranklinCovey. This is an important one that all should take. I learned and so can you!
