Heather has a strong educational foundation, having earned a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from California State University, Fresno. Additionally, she holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from San Diego State University. Heather's academic pursuits also include a Bachelor’s Degree in Spanish Language and Literature from the University of San Diego, further complemented by studies in Spanish at Universidad de Guadalajara. Currently, she is advancing her knowledge and expertise through a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Organizational Leadership at Brandman University, part of the Chapman University System.
