Heather Spratt is an experienced professional with over 20 years of expertise in the educational and non-profit sectors.

Her skills span various areas including student support and success, volunteer recruitment and stewardship, training and facilitation, scholarship design and innovation, and capacity building.

She holds a Master of Education (MEd) in Multicultural Education and Cross-Cultural Communication from the University of Sydney, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) and Bachelor of Education (BEd) in Geography and Secondary Education from Memorial University of Newfoundland.

Heather has held key roles such as Vice President, External Relations at Loran Scholars Foundation, where she has been instrumental in driving various initiatives to support students and enhance educational programs.

Prior to this, she served in roles such as Senior Director, Programs, Director of Programs and Operations, and Special Education Teacher in the Inclusion Program.

Her experience also includes positions at the NYC Department of Education as a Guidance Counselor and at the Ottawa-Carleton District School Board (OCDSB) as Cooperative Education Teacher and Department Head.

Furthermore, Heather Spratt has also contributed to the field of education through her role as a Program Coordinator for the Postgraduate Program in Development Management at Aga Khan Foundation Canada.

She is always eager to explore new opportunities that allow her to empower young individuals to reach their full potential.
