Heather Waghorn is a dedicated personal trainer, drawing on her 15 years of experience and personal passions for running and yoga to create motivating and effective workouts. With an impressive record of completing 22 marathons and 4 ultra marathons, she understands the challenges of maintaining a fitness regimen and uses her experiences to help others achieve their goals. Heather holds various qualifications spanning personal training, heart rate monitor training, TRX, ViPR, ante and postnatal fitness, nutrition and weight management, core stability, Boxercise, British Wheel of Yoga Teacher certification, and NLP studies. She also specializes in coaching runners for short distances and ultra/endurance events. As the Director at HA Fitness, Heather takes pride in her team's dedication and innovation in offering personalized programs, one-on-one training, and group classes online and in-person.
