Heidi Seaborn is a poet and former communications executive who has made a significant transition from the business world to the literary community. After a long hiatus from writing poetry, she returned to it in 2016 and quickly gained recognition for her work. Seaborn has published several poetry collections, including "An Insomniac’s Slumber Party with Marilyn Monroe," which won the 2020 [PANK] Books Poetry Prize, and "Give a Girl Chaos {see what she can do}," released in 2019.12

Seaborn's poetry often explores themes related to womanhood, family, and personal experiences, with a feminist undertone. Her work has been featured in numerous literary journals and anthologies, and she has received multiple awards and nominations, including the Jeffrey E. Smith Editor’s Prize and the Pablo Neruda Prize for Poetry.12

In addition to her writing, Seaborn serves as the Executive Editor of The Adroit Journal, where she contributes to the literary community by fostering new voices.23 She holds a Master of Fine Arts in Poetry from New York University.1
