This time last week, I was cutting up my beer tokens and getting ready to welcome everyone to Swedish Beers Mobile Networking party in Barcelona. How has a week gone by already?! I'm still going through all the photos but they'll be up tomorrow. And I'm working hard on a London Comeback Edition. Meanwhile, I'm trying to get back into my normal routine so it's some much needed culture tonight at The Southbank with the London Philharmonic Orchestra and Dance Reimagined.
After way more than a decade with Eventbrite , I, reluctantly, think it's time to move on to a new platform. The current pricing doesn't make sense for me for the type of events I run. Fellow event organisers, what do you recommend I take a look at? It needs to be able to handle free to attend events, some of them with more than 1000 registrations. I host events mainly in UK and Spain but other countries may be added to the mix. Occasionally, I run pay-to-attend events too. I need decent reporting, customisation of the registration form and ability to email registrants. What do you recommend I look at?
