Having just completed #AdvancedManagementProgram at #HBS made me reflect on a challenge that's far from resolved - the proof vs. potential challenge that women face all the time. When people don’t see enough women in top leadership roles or leadership programs, they struggle to believe that women possess the qualities required to become exceptional leaders. Let’s prove them wrong. I highly encourage all the women I meet to invest in themselves its not selfish and you can always grow and learn - its the best gift you can give yourself and to your organization.
