This has been a week for the record books. Just before Cisco’s Global Advisory Board conference in Toronto, the Cisco Canada team hosted the "Super Bowl of Executive Visits." 🏆 🎉 Chair and CEO, Chuck Robbins, and Chief People, Purpose & Policy Officer, Francine Katsoudas, took time to visit with Canadian customers, govt leaders, and partners.

I had the honor to be Fran's host for a day and showcase our work with Connected North, demonstrate how our Inclusive Communities are leading with purpose, and tour the latest innovations at our Toronto Innovation Center. We ended our day celebrating our #1 Great Place to Work win at a Canada Town Hall along ELT members Jeff Sharritts, Jonathan Davidson, Maria Poveromo, Thimaya Subaiya, Carrie Palin, and Patrick Morrissey. ✨ Fran is such an inspirational leader, and her presence along with Chuck and the other members of the ELT made a significant impact on all of us!!! This day was truly a career highlight.

🙌 Special thanks to a world-class team => Rachel Lehman, Danielle Sims, Samantha Campana, Cathy Worden, Justin Cohen, Alyssa Copp, Wayne Cuervo, Claire Ephestion, Anne Singh, Diego Ardiaca, Teri Klein, and Courtney Riccio for all the weeks of work that went into the flawless execution of two jam-packed days. And of course, a special thanks to our fearless leader and my good friend Shannon Leininger! Your commitment and dedication inspire all of us to be great!!!
