🇦🇺 Australia’s climate related disclosure legislation passes the Senate
It's no exaggeration to say this will be one of the greatest shifts for the financial reporting and audit industry in decades. Following successful passage through the senate on the 22nd of August, it’s all but guaranteed to pass, meaning group A companies have 4 months until requirements kick in.
I think we can probably all agree 4 months isn’t long. So it’s probably time to get a wriggle on.
