Highlights
I am pleased to share our article published in #PNAS. This work was completed during my research at #nih in collaborations between National Institute of Biomedical Imaging and Bioengineering #nibib and National Institute on Deafness and Other Communication Disorders #nidcd. This work reports an unrecognized mechanical properties and radial stiffness gradient in the organ of Corti and the contributor gene (#Triobp) with importance in sensitivity and frequency selectivity of hearing. I would like to thank all colleagues who were involved and helped throughout this work.
I'm pleased to share our recently accepted paper titled "Deterministic assembly of chromosome ensembles in a programmable membrane trap array" in Biofabrication (Impact Factor: 9.95) This work offers an automated microfluidic droplet-based platform for chromosome manipulation with application in aneuploidy and genetic engineering.
