🌟 Guru NYC Meetup Recap -- and why you should join us in Chicago, Los Angeles, or Philly in September! 🌟

We just wrapped up an incredible customer meetup in NYC, and wow, did we learn a lot! Here’s a quick recap of what made this event so special—and why you won’t want to miss our upcoming meetups 🚀 https://lnkd.in/dZ7m295S

  1. 🎤 Give Your Customers the Mic Don’t be afraid to ask your customers to share their success stories out loud. It doesn’t have to be formal—just ask an open-ended question like, “How has Guru changed the way you work?” and see what happens. The results were better than any pre-planned story and felt extremely authentic. This also helped break the ice and fostered connections in a room full of strangers.

  2. ⚖️ Balance Structure with Spontaneity In past meetups, we leaned into open, organic conversations, but this time, we experimented with a bit more structure. We set up thematic stations for focused product discussions, plus an optional “whatever you need help with” station. This “choose your own adventure” gave attendees the best of both worlds: targeted advice and the freedom to explore whatever piqued their interest.

  3. 🎵 Infuse Your Culture At Guru, we live and breathe live music, so I couldn’t resist bringing that vibe to our meetup. Huge shoutout to 🚀 Cody Casey, our multi-talented Software Engineer, who graced us with a live performance that perfectly captured our value of “not taking yourself too seriously.” It created an inviting and fun atmosphere that left everyone smiling and set the tone for the rest of the day.

📆 Don't miss out! We’re bringing the same vibes (and a few new tricks✨) to Chicago, Los Angeles, and Philadelphia in September. Whether you’re a longtime customer or just curious to see what we’re all about, we’d love to have you join us.
