Hla Win is a highly accomplished individual with a diverse educational background and extensive professional experience in education, edtech, research, and governance.

Holding a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from Harvard University's John F. Kennedy School of Government, Hla Win also studied at The East-West Center and completed a Bachelor's degree at William Penn University.

Hla Win is the Founder of 360Ed, an edtech venture affiliated with the MPA program at Harvard Kennedy School. Additionally, Hla Win has held prominent positions such as Research Fellow at the Ash Center for Democratic Governance and Innovation at Harvard Kennedy School and Global Solutions Program participant at Singularity University.
