Howard R. Jean is a dynamic entrepreneur, servant leader, and advocate for women and minority business owners, known for his successful track record as a strategist, consultant, and connector in the business community.

With a background in education, Howard has served in K-12 & higher education, designing teacher educational leadership programs and connecting stakeholders with a passion for social change theory.

He holds a Master of Science in Social and Philosophical Foundations in Education from Troy University and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and Teaching from Claflin University.

Throughout his career, Howard has held various roles including MWBE Diversity & Inclusion Compliance Consultant at The Port Authority of New York & New Jersey, Corporate Development Manager at Enlightened, Inc, and President's Circle Manager at U.S. Black Chambers, Inc, among others.

His experience also includes serving as the Founder and CEO of The Black Male Entrepreneurship Institute, an Adjunct Professor at St. Petersburg College, an Executive Director at Communities In Schools Augusta Richmond County, and a Program Coordinator at Brothers and Sisters of Aiken County, among many other notable positions.

Howard's diverse background encompasses roles in education, consulting, strategic planning, program management, and advocacy, making him a well-rounded professional with a deep commitment to empowering individuals and communities.

His work as a leader and educator has left a positive impact on various organizations and institutions, and his dedication to promoting diversity and inclusion in the business world is evident through his roles as a consultant and advocate for women and minority-owned businesses.
