He believes in transforming disability services to operate as businesses rather than charity models and has established Enabler, a social enterprise using video game technology to offer innovative training for disability and aged care workers.

Huy's innovative 3D simulation platform revolutionizes training delivery by ensuring scalability, high-quality content, and enhanced engagement compared to traditional online methods.

His impactful work in the Asia-Pacific region has earned him prestigious recognitions, including ACT Young Australian of the Year 2014, Australia National Disability Awards 2013, and Australian National University Young Alumnus of the Year 2014.

Huy Nguyen holds a Bachelor in Systems Engineering (hons) with specializations in Manufacturing and Management, Mechanics, and Materials from The Australian National University.

He has been actively involved in various organizations, serving as the CEO and Founder of Enabler Interactive and holding positions in esteemed entities such as Australia-Vietnam Young Leadership Dialogue, Gecko Traxx, The Myer Foundation, AMP Foundation Limited, Remarkable Accelerator Program, TADACT, WaterAid Australia, Makeshift Studio Co, Enable Development, Greatvenue, Australian National University, and The University of Melbourne.
