I always find conferences inspiring and energizing, and my first year at Disability:IN did not disappoint!

A quote that I came across that resonated and mirrored many of the discussions I had -- “We do not ‘do’ inclusion ‘for’ people with disabilities. Rather, it is incumbent upon us to figure out how all the things we do can be inclusive.” (Lisa Friedman, Removing the Stumbling Block)

Can't wait to be back next year!

I was honored to speak at the Ohio Cooperative Education Association Conference last week on 'How to Create a Neuroinclusive Workplace.'

At it's core, OCEA is focused on creating Co-Op and Internship opportunities for young adults in the state of Ohio.

I've spent much of my career helping organizations develop talent strategies as well as helping early-career job-seekers find their 'right path.'

Last week was a unique opportunity to meet so many interesting and talented people from Ohio's top companies and universities, while also starting the disucssion around the intersection of neurodiversity & early career talent pipelines.

Thank you Emily Kadas and the OCEA Board for the invitation to present!
