One thing I’ve learned in my last 18 months here: when a trading floor is this calm during our biggest festival of the year, you know all the important hard work has been done in the many weeks of preparation building up to it.

This year's International Women's Day has been busy at Flutter UK & Ireland, and it's been great to see the hive of activity around our offices.
Just to pick out a few... We’ve continued our great partnership with Code First Girls. We are thrilled that nearly 60% of our tech grads this year are women. And we have continued to build at pace towards our commitment to ensure at least 40% of our senior leaders are women too.
This week we welcomed Grand National winning jockey Rachael Blackmore to talk about being a woman breaking through stereotypes in racing at one of our IWD panel events. We also this week just launched our revamped Lean In Together network, which invites allies to support our amazing female colleagues right across our business.
