Ian Campbell Lundy operates at the nexus of policy and investment within urban environments, advocating for superior urbanism as a key to addressing various global issues.

Currently, Ian is engaged with MSquared, focusing on investing in and constructing sustainable, mixed-income, and mixed-use projects that enhance cities and bolster housing options.

Ian Campbell Lundy graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Government (Urban Policy) from Georgetown University and is affiliated with the Steers Center for Global Real Estate at the same university. He also attended Palos Verdes High School.

Ian has held significant roles in various organizations, including being a Fellow with the ULI Building Healthy Places Initiative at the Urban Land Institute, Director of Impact Investing and Development at MSquared, and a Fellow with New Urban Progress at the Progressive Policy Institute.

His previous experiences include serving as the Director of Public/Private Partnerships and Transactions at the New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA), Senior Associate, and Associate at the New York City Economic Development Corporation, Development Analyst at Tishman Speyer, and holding positions at Coro New York Leadership Center, Caruso, CBRE, and Social Impact 360.
