Its Podcast Conference season… I’m thrilled to see Podcast Movement in our backyard of DC, but I can’t help feeling like things are sliding back into the same old habits we just all climbed out from. And with that the same mistakes we made over the last five years. Goat Rodeo is shouting from the rooftops “there’s a better way.” Keep an ear out for us.

Sometimes productions are hard because the story is so great. Sometimes the story is so great because the production has worked so hard. In most cases it's impossible to distinguish. What isn’t hard to arrive at is that this series is releasing today because of some absolute work horses of producers. That specific hat tip is to Max Johnston, Nicky Woolf, Nicholas Brennan, Lucy Woods, Mariangel Gonzales, Arnav B., and Cara Shillenn. This story gets weird and it's deep and it goes to places I didn’t know existed. It features the work of some truly fantastic creatives (looking at you Breakmaster Cylinder). This series is 6 parts and you’ll be very much rewarded for listening to all six episodes. Check out “Fur & Loathing” from Project Brazen in all the usual places you find podcasts. You will be glad you did.
