Ian Steed is a skilled manager in the global non-profit industry, specializing in strategy development and change management.

He excels in conceptualizing, facilitating, and overseeing organizational transformations, managing federations and multi-organization groups, as well as startup ventures and incubation.

With a sound educational background, Ian studied at Nottingham High School, pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Modern & Medieval Languages at the University of Cambridge, and further honed his skills with a Diploma in Development Management from The Open University.

Ian has held key roles in various renowned organizations, including being a consultant at The Geneva Learning Foundation and serving in consultancy capacities at IFRC, Danish Red Cross, and Engineers Without Borders UK.

He has also been involved in different roles at the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, such as Organisational Development Advisor, Senior Officer for volunteering development, and CEO at the Humanitarian Centre.

Contributing to the community, Ian engaged in pro-bono consultancy at Street Child World Cup and interned as a Junior Officer at the International Federation of Red Cross.

Ian's expertise spans business models for scalability and sustainability, fostering innovation within organizations, and promoting local humanitarian efforts through 'localisation.'
