EY Beam Award - Community 🟡⚫️
Last week, I received the EY Beam Award - Community for my leadership in the Portland office. Thankful for all the people that supported and showed up to the Ripple volunteer initiatives and Unity events that happened this fiscal year.
It has been a difficult year for many especially with clients and EY going through their own workforce reductions. That is why community very important to me. It gives a chance for us to focus on others and build relationships with those that you may not directly work with or know. It’s an opportunity to get outside your comfort zone and experience different personalities and perspectives in your own workplace and the broader community.
I am also thankful for all the experiences, I have gained during FY24. Special shoutout to Kim Ulrich who supported me in all the event planning and outreach! I could not have done this without you.
Thank you to all the leaders that supported me in my own journey of community Brandon Bridwell, Megan Jablonski, Nicholas Wood, CPA, Eeshan Pandey, Kristen Palmer, Sean Duquemin, Sarah Dalton, Cameron J., and Trey Slinkard.
