Iana Roginska

Associate Director at Exiger Diligence

Iana Roginska is a specialist in EU Law with a focus on Competition law, State Aid, Public Procurement, and IPRs. Her expertise also includes European Integration, International Relations, Government and Public Affairs, International Trade, and the Rule of Law.

She holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) in European Interdisciplinary Studies from the College of Europe in Natolin, a Diploma in International Relations and European Integration from the Estonian School of Diplomacy, an LLM in Law Sciences from the National 'Jaroslav the Wise' Law Academy of Ukraine in Kharkiv, and a Diploma in French Language and Literature from University Euro-Provence.

In her professional journey, Iana has undertaken roles such as Associate Director for Eurasia, LatAm, and China Conference Lead at Exiger Diligence. She was a Criminal Justice Policy Fellow at the R Street Institute and a Fellow at the Young Professionals Network at the Eurasia Foundation. Iana also served as a Project Expert on various EU projects and as a Legal Expert on UNECE projects in Ukraine. Furthermore, she co-founded a Research Institute on Legal Approximation and gained experience as a Trainee at the European Parliament.

Her previous experience includes working as an Expert in the fields of Competition Law, State Aid, Public Procurement, and Labour protection at the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
