2.5 years ago, I rejected Musthaqheem A.. in an interview for Chief of Staff — one of the most critical roles.
But Musthaqheem, with just 2 years of experience, didn’t take no for an answer.
He sent me a deck explaining why I must hire him and why he belonged at Powerplay.
