Inspiring and connecting with the people who work with you is like watering the garden of your business. If you want to explore taking your company on a custom corporate retreat they will never forget The Dreamcatchers is here for you. https://lnkd.in/eeYNzVP

“As a Type A CEO, giving up control is challenging. When I first came across Dreamcatchers and Ignacio’s concept of a blind itinerary, I was both intrigued and scared. It felt like a significant risk to hand over so much control to someone I didn’t know, especially for an employee retreat where my brand and team dynamics would be on full display.

However, after my initial call with Ignacio, my fears began to recede. His passion and authenticity led to instant trust. He listened intently to my vision for the retreat and understood the importance of bringing together my fully remote team for the first time in person. Ignacio asked insightful questions to grasp our desires and vision for the trip—what we wanted to see, when we wanted to work, the type of accommodations we envisioned, and our budget constraints.

In the end, letting go and allowing Ignacio to work his magic was one of the best decisions I’ve made as an entrepreneur. The trip was meticulously planned from start to finish. It struck the perfect balance of activity and rest; our needs were always met. When we were thirsty, a coconut would appear in our hands. When we were tired from hiking, we found ourselves in a hot spring. When we needed to do some strategic planning, we found ourselves overlooking an inspiring view, with each other and a dry-erase board.

Our company retreat to Costa Rica was nothing short of perfect. Throughout the journey, I gained a friend in Ignacio—a man with a vision who cares deeply for others and takes immense pride in his work and the experiences he creates. As a fellow entrepreneur, I respect this deeply.

I believe that finding Dreamcatchers was no accident. Committing to the process, even though it made me uncomfortable, led to a magical journey I could never have planned on my own. Giving control to Ignacio allowed me to be fully present with my team and enjoy the experience myself. If you are looking for something special, unique, and perfect, trust Ignacio to deliver. He is a sherpa, a guide, a friend, and a dreamer.”

To my coffee lovers out there, I'm thrilled to announce the arrival of Troubadour Dark Roast, freshly roasted from beans grown on my farm in Costa Rica. This is our first foray into dark roasts, and we're confident it will become a new favorite.

Expect citrus, cacao, vanilla, and earthy tones on a silky smooth delicious body that is delicious even when you let it get cold. I use it to make espresso as well as cold brew and let's not even talk about how good the espresso martinis come out with it 🍸. This one's a winner. 🥇

For your convenience, these new bags come pre-ground and are available right now for only $15.55. Purchase now on our online store https://lnkd.in/epTNpCFu

Pura Vida, gracias!
