Last week, I joined the team at McPherson Strategies, a boutique agency focused on communications and social impact. When I started my first nonprofit communications job ten years ago, I thought I was leaving agency world behind to focus on social good – so I couldn't be more excited for this opportunity to work exclusively with clients who are making a difference in the world. I have so much to learn from McPherson's smart and progressive team of CSR and communications experts, and I can't wait to share what I'm learning and working on here. My team is scattered all over the world and it'll be a while before we meet face-to-face, but looking at their smiling faces fills me with hope, optimism and excitement for what's ahead.
