Tl;dr: We are excited to launch Gigit's latest product: GigitAgent https://lnkd.in/e9UJt6ae ! 🚀

-- When we were initially building an AI-assisted data labeling platform, we learnt that: 🙊 Enterprises need more help in building the AI model itself, beyond the data annotation 🙈 They are hesitant to use existing AI solution given concerns on privacy and accuracy 🙉 There are so many companies, in non-English countries, who have not adopted AI to automate key workflows yet, given the local nuances that a lot of AI models fails to capture.

As such, we are pivoting away from a data labeling platform, to provide an infrastructure for enterprises to adopt AI, in a secure, private and easy manner. The first use case, that we've built, is to supercharge customer support team handle sales leads and complaints.

👩‍💼 Self-serve: We believe in building something easy that business teams can use and self-serve for themselves. A lot of AI solution that we see targets developers, and hence need some integration work. Ours is ready off-the-shelves. 🤗 Augment existing messengers/ ticketing platforms: Nobody wants to move their CS infra to a new software. So we've built plugins that work on your favorite messenger platform (FB/Whatsapp), or your favorite CS ticketing software (Zendesk, and some others coming soon!) 🔐 Private: We know that no enterprises want to readily give up their most valuable asset, their data. So we are building a secure and private data processing layer that sanitizes all your valuable information. 💃Multilingual: Being a Bahasa native speaker, we noticed many old school chatbots are keyword-based (while users often spell colloquially). We wanted to build a chatbot that could work as if you are conversing to a real human (spell in wtv way u'd like!). This gotta be my favorite feature thanks to advancements in LLMs!

As part of our launch, we are giving FREE TRIAL to consumer facing marketplaces and brands, to give it a spin, sit back, and relax, while we handle all your customers enquiries. :)

Do DM me if you are keen to give it a try!
