Since launching my business in April 2024, I have had the pleasure of working with some special clients, which has allowed me to better explore my skills and achieve amazing results in such a short period of time!

Today, I am excited to share my work with Charme da Graça, a charming Guest House in Lisbon! 🎉

When Charme da Graça, a Guest House in Lisbon, reached out to me to work in their social media their initial goal was to get more direct bookings - and escape a little from the Booking.com. After doing an audit, my feedback was that the whole feed needed a new look. It was not user friendly, the posts didn't communicate anything specifically, and I understood why they followers didn't become guests.

The Social Lab handled everything from feed branding and content creation to scheduling and community engagement. Before diving into content, we crafted a solid strategy to understand their target audience, define content pillars, and establish a branding and communication plan. This approach kept us focused and aligned with their unique essence.

🌟 Our goal: To nourish the current following, encourage repeat stays, and highlight the unique essence of this Guest House—while driving direct bookings to their website.

📈 Our results so far:

  • Optimized their bio, feed, and highlights
  • Filtered their followers to a more aligned audience (and deleted accounts that were not active)
  • Create new Highlights that offer valuable information to their audience
  • Developed a series of content that communicated beyond the rooms, and created a community around it
  • Grew their reach in +35,700% and their engagement in +7,300%
  • The link in bio has has an average growth of 300%

💁‍♀️ Key skills applied: Storytelling, Social Media Management, Content Creation, Reels Editing, Hashtag Strategy, Community Engagement

Thrilled with the initial results, and looking forward to the growth of their digital impact!! 🌐✨

Hello from the Lab!

Today I want to share why I do what I do: I believe in the power of digital connections and have experience it on my own. After living abroad for almost a decade, between 4 countries, and developed relationships with dear friends around the globe, I know first hand the power of social media in keeping in touch, nourishing important bonds, and developing business that are not held by physical borders! 🌟

When I started my business I knew that I needed to have a blog section on it. For those who don't know, I have had a blog since I was 16, to express my experiences and way of seeing life - so sharing my thoughts has always been part of who I am.

But in my business I knew I wanted the blog to create a space where I could showcase my expertise and inspire growth, while creating connections. There I cover a lot of ground about social media, writing each post with the intention of helping small businesses and entrepreneurs to understand better their digital presence and how to make an impact with it.

It’s also where I can demonstrate my knowledge, share what I’m passionate about, and connect with the kind of clients who resonate with my approach. And honestly, it’s been incredibly rewarding to see that, by offering real value, how it’s helped others by receiving supporting feedback.

Now here’s something I’ve learned along the way: authority and expertise aren’t reserved for those at the top of their game. When I first started, I wasn’t an “expert” in the traditional sense, but I had valuable insights to share with people who were on the same journey as me. And that’s the thing - no matter where you are in your career, you have something unique to offer. Your experiences, your challenges, your solutions - they all have the power to connect with someone else who’s looking for guidance.

As you grow in your career, your audience grows with you. The authority you build is a reflection of your journey and it’s important to recognize where you are and embrace it! For example, today I celebrate 2 NEW SUBSCRIBERS to my newsletter, who are not from my social network - and that felt so rewarding!

There’s always someone who can benefit from your knowledge, no matter how much - or how little - you think you know. And this is why digital marketing and social media are so powerful. They give us the tools to share our stories, connect with others, and build something meaningful.

My blog is my way of contributing to this space, and I hope it inspires others to share their own journeys too.

Thanks for being part of mine. Let’s keep learning, growing, and lifting each other up. 💪 And if you are curious, here is the link to my blog 😉 www.ingridmiranda.com/blog
