Isaac Molnar is an accomplished intellectual property attorney who has served as the Intellectual Property Counsel to the Ohio Attorney General. His work involves enhancing commercialization in Ohio by collaborating with universities and businesses. Isaac actively participates in the Ohio Board of Regent’s Commercialization Taskforce and has contributed to the development of a Tech Transfer and Commercialization website resource. His litigation experience includes successful trials on damages issues and trade secret preliminary injunction hearings. Noteworthy achievements include a critical role in obtaining a $179 million award following Federal Circuit affirmation. Additionally, he offers non-litigation services such as counseling clients on patent and intellectual property matters, and negotiating licenses and settlement agreements.
