Izadora Mattiello is a professional with a background in Biological Sciences, holding a Master's degree from the Oceanographic Institute of USP and a Ph.D. in Climate Change and Sustainable Development Policies from the University of Lisbon.

In 2015, she founded Phomenta, a social impact business focusing on education in management and innovation for the Third Sector in collaboration with philanthropic institutions and corporate social investors.

Izadora is affiliated with prestigious organizations such as the Skoll World Forum and the BMW Foundation, where she serves as a Responsible Leader. She was recognized as a distinguished alumni of UNICAMP for her outstanding professional achievements.

Her expertise lies in areas like social entrepreneurship, sustainability, the 2030 Agenda, the Third Sector, philanthropy, corporate volunteering, and research topics including climate change, Ecology, and Marine Sciences.

She is the former Co-founder and Executive Director of Phomenta, a consultant in management and communication for social impact organizations and scientific groups, and the host of the 'Scientific Impact' podcast, dedicated to promoting research with positive social outcomes.
